Easy Jello Cake. so pretty too
Bake a White Cake Mix according to directions.. 9 X 13 pan
Make 1 package of jellow, only use one cup of boiling water.. & no other water. do this why the cake is baking & set aside.. I use cherry, strawberry or?? Some people like to use lemon jello.
After baking. punch holes all over the top of the cake with a fork.. Slowing pour the jello over the cake allowing it to seep into the holes.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour, then cover with coolwhip.. cover & put back in refrigerator until the next day. Cut into serving pieces & serve.
really simple:
slice some bananas and saute them with a little butter, sprinkle in some brown sugar or honey or molasses. if you have it, throw in a dash of rum. if you want to add cinnamon or nutmeg, feel free, but not a neccesity. you can eat these straight or spoon it over ice cream.
Take a package of cookies like vanilla wafers. break them into large pieces and lay into bottom of a large bowl make sure the bottom has a thick layer. In another bowl with a blender mix 1 package cream cheese (blend til soft and creamy) then add 3 small containers of yogurt (Any flavor with fruit) Blend with cream cheese till creamy. Then slowly blend 1 container of cool whip (only until mixed) scoop over cookies. Put in fridge for 2 hours. Then eat!

Oreo cookie crust pie, with pudding for filling (any kind - choc, vanilla, banana, etc.). Pudding you can find anywhere, add commercial whipped cream, toss some chocolate chips in, freeze it, you will be the hit of the party. Take your time, though, stacking the pie - you do not want to rush through it too much.
What about a chocolate cream cheese cake. They even have the cream cheese mix in the grocery store. You just have to buy a graham cracker crust, that is already made and the filling mix, which is also already made (it is in with the cream cheese in the dairy isle).
