hey, I think it is wonderful you want to include everyone in the desserts. My mother is diabetic. Try going to splenda.com. They should have some good recipes. Or try going to your local library and find books for no sugar desserts. Good luck

how about making a regular recipe and subsituting it with splenda

Go to recipezaar.com & create an account (free). Say for example u search ''strawberry pie''. You get like 20 different recipes to choose from & u can save them to ur online ''cookbook'' (also free).
My mom is diabetic & I need dental work so I searched splenda recipes BAM anything I could imagine. I also searched 'splenda conversions' & got the formula for confectioners splenda-you combine splenda & cornstarch in a food processor, then its like sugar, measure for measure.
